The mission of the Human Resources department is to provide quality support and services to County leadership, departments, employees and prospective employees in the areas of employee relations, recruitment and selection, position classification and compensation, performance management, staff development and training, policy development and interpretation, compliance with state and federal employment laws, benefits administration and workplace safety. Two full-time employees staff the department to serve over 400 employees.
