NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Jackson County Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing on January 06 2026 at 6:25 p.m., Justice & Administration Building, 401 Grindstaff Cove Road, Room A201, Sylva, North Carolina.
The purpose of the public hearing to receive public comment on the consideration of a proposed financing contract under G.S. 160A-20 for the Jackson county Administration Building and School Projects. The total amount to be financed is $27,000,000.00.

NOTICE OF SPECIAL CALLED JOINT MEETING
The Jackson County Board of Commissioners will hold a special called joint meeting with the Board of Education on January 22, 2026 at 6:00 p.m., at the Burrell Building, Southwestern Community College, 447 College Drive, Sylva, North Carolina.
The purpose of the meeting is to discuss JCPS School Projects and Operations.
