When the Jackson County Emergency Operations Center is opened, guidelines from the Emergency Operations Plan (EOP) are followed. These guidelines have been adopted by the Jackson County Board of Commissioners, and explains who is involved in response to an emergency or disaster, and their responsibilities. The E-Plan is password protected. Residents of Jackson County may view the plan at any time.
