Valid picture ID: driver’s license, state issued ID, passport, military ID

Proof of social security numbers: original card or copy of tax form such as 1099 or 1040. (MUST show full name and full social security number)

If either party has been married before, you will need to know the month and year of how last marriage ended.   If divorce, annulment or death occurred within the last two years, a copy of the divorce/annulment judgement or death certificate will be required.

COUPLE ONLY IN OFFICE

When you come in, we will verify the ID and social security numbers, have you sign the license and take payment.  

Fee for license is $60. Forms of payment: cash or debit/credit card only, NO personal checks.

No waiting period to get married but license has to be used within 60 days of issuance.
